Just before the end of the year, SKAKO Vibration has received the largest order for vibration equipment to the heat treatment industry in SKAKO Vibration\u2019s long history. An order worth just under \u20ac 1 million. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
SKAKO will supply vibration equipment to one of the largest heat treatment companies in Europe \u2013 SHU (Schw\u00e4bische H\u00e4rtetechnik in Ulm) \u2013 who handle a large part of the heat treatment for the fastener and automotive industry in Germany. SHU will expand their production during 2016 and establish nine more heat treatment lines. SKAKO, who already have a well-established relationship with SHU, are honored to again be chosen as the main supplier of vibration feeding equipment.
The order consists of nine complete furnace feeding systems to be placed in front of belt furnaces to ensure a fully automatic and weight controlled feeding of the heat treatment lines. SKAKO will also supply several single vibration troughs in order to continue the product flow into the washing machines and the low temperature furnaces. Delivery will take place from March through to June 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
