Our Deputy Chairman Lars Tveen will be celebrating his 60th<\/sup> birthday on 26 June 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his daily life, Lars Tveen is a significant part of the business community in Southern Jutland (area in Denmark), with over 30 years of experience in various leadership positions at Danfoss. Currently, he serves as the Director of the Bitten & Mads Clausen Foundation (a foundation dedicated to benefit Danfoss).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lars Tveen is a busy man; however, luckily for us, he finds the time to travel from Southern Jutland to Funen, where SKAKO is located, when we are hosting board meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

„It is nice to be part of a company with so much potential, where we can foresee that we will become even more relevant in the future. The world’s demand for recycling machines and solutions for production of greener concrete will only increase, and SKAKO can provide both,“ says Lars Tveen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Holding onto the core<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lars Tveen’s birthday falls exactly five days before SKAKO\u2019s 60-year anniversary on 1 July 2023. According to Lars Tveen, both he and SKAKO will have many prosperous years ahead:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

„I see SKAKO as an old giant that is actively renewing itself. Over the past few years, SKAKO has experienced a very positive transformation. This progress is obvious not only in the results but also in the organization’s way of operating. We have become more focused in selecting the areas, in which we operate, and investing our efforts there,“ explains Lars Tveen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lars Tveen continues: „I have also observed a strengthening of internal cooperation within the organization. We have reorganized ourselves to function more seamlessly as a team, with the engineering department playing the defensive role and the sales team taking the offensive role. We have become more efficient by working together and thereby winning the games.“<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lars Tveen believes that SKAKO’s greatest strength lies in its products:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

„Over the past 60 years, SKAKO has built an exceptionally strong product range. This is the company’s core, and we must remain committed to this. By doing so, SKAKO will undoubtedly reach 120 years of existence. Particularly now, as our products are proving to be usable in new applications such as the recycling industry,“ concludes Lars Tveen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Danfoss experience positively influences SKAKO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
