SKAKO VIBRATION A/S just got an order of approx. 1,3 million EUR for a mining company in Mauretania. SKAKO VIBRATION is a subsidiary of the corporation SKAKO A/S listed on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange and based in Faaborg, Denmark. SKAKO will supply a considerable number of vibratory feeders and screens for an iron mine deep in the Sahara desert. North Africa represents an important part SKAKO’s growth strategy where focus is put on the mining industry in French speaking countries. In this field SKAKO profits from its particular experience and competences.
SKAKO generally increased its turnover outside the EU realizing a number of orders e.g. for Malaysia , Zimbabwe, Oman, Qatar, UAE and Canada.
”In the future we shall aim more at these countries which almost all of them see a positive economic development but which are easily overlooked compared to the BRIC countries” so says Lars Bugge, CEO of SKAKO A/S. He adds that e.g. the mining industry in Morocco has been a great market for SKAKO these recent years and that the company now focusses on further development in the region.
Lars Bugge states that besides these mentioned countries SKAKO is concentrating on projects among others in South America and South East Asia.
