Description

The SKAKO Combi Screen is engineered for size classification of both metallic and non-metallic materials—such as plastics, cardboard, and mixed fractions—that are prone to sticking or entanglement.

The top deck, equipped with 3D bars in a cantilever configuration, agitates and turns the material as it progresses, efficiently removing coarse fractions and preventing blockages. The bottom deck, featuring highly elastic flip-flow meshes, operates at accelerations up to 50 G to keep the screening surface clean and maintain efficiency even under wet or contaminated conditions.

This dual-deck design delivers outstanding reliability, minimizes maintenance interventions, and reduces unplanned downtime. Compared to conventional systems such as trommels, the Combi Screen offers significantly lower investment, installation, and energy costs, along with quick and easy replacement of the polyurethane panels.

Specifications
