Description

The SKAKO Box Packaging System features a compact, single-floor design, allowing it to fit within limited spaces without the need for extra ceiling height. The system includes a vibrating storage feeder, a vibrating conveyor, and a chute system with accumulation capabilities, all integrated into a table with load cells and a sample/check weighing platform. These components are controlled by a Siemens PLC program, ensuring consistent tare weight across scales and eliminating discrepancies. The open construction of the machine facilitates easy cleaning and maintenance, offers accessible operation, and reduces the risk of product mix-ups during transitions. The system can be customized to specific container requirements and is compatible with a Lift Tipper for enhanced charging efficiency.
