Furnace Chargers

Description

SKAKO furnace chargers are of heavy construction and are essentially composed of:
A hopper for storing the materials to be melted, A vibrating trough protected by wear liners and generally mounted on load cells to control the load. Motors to be controlled by frequency inverter to vary the furnace feed rate. A discharge chute made of refractory stainless-steel to feed product into the furnace. A travelling motorized trolley to release the feeder from the furnace and/or to move it to other furnaces.

• Features: Available in 7 standard widths and mostly in 2 lengths, with electromagnetic drive types for variable feed rate control. Electromagnetic drive types, offering infinitely variable feed rate control from 0% to 100% of the preset capacity.
• Construction: Options include open or enclosed designs and dustproof configurations to meet strict environmental standards.
• Capacity: Ranges from a few kilograms to over 700 tons per hour.
• Customization: Offers various liner options, gates, weighing systems, controls, and sensors to meet specific operational requirements. Open execution or enclosed and dust proof.
