Heavy-Duty Feeders

Efficient activation of bulk solids. A complete feed system with the highest level of flexibility and very robust design, for bulk materials up to approx. 1500 mm.
Placed under a hopper and fed by material falling up to 5 meters. The heavy-duty feeders can be up to 6.3 meters long and handle a capacity above 2000 tons per hour.

  • Applications: Suitable for diverse industrial sectors including quarrying, sand & gravel, cement, glass, coal & power generators.
  • Features: Equipped with mechanical exciter drive types, these feeders provide fixed or variable feed rate control via a frequency inverter, adjustable from approximately 25% to 100% of the preset capacity.
  • Construction: Available in open or enclosed designs with dustproof configurations to meet stringent environmental standards. The design accommodates 9 standard feeder widths, most available in 2 lengths.
  • Capacity: Capable of handling from a few kilograms to over 2000 tons per hour as standard, making them suitable for high-capacity operations. Higher capacities possible upon request.
  • Customization: Offers various liner options, gates, weighing systems, controls, and sensors to meet specific operational requirements.
