Product Launch : GEAR TIPPER

The Gear Tipper from SKAKO Vibration provides a safe and cost-effective method for handling bulk materials for most industrial process applications.

The tipper uses a gear for controlled discharge of containers up to 1250x800x1000 mm with a maximum weight of 1.000 kg. Complete product discharge is ensured by to 180-degree tipping combined with a repeat tipping function. The 180-degree tipping allows the tipper to be placed directly on top of a silo, feeder or any type of container, giving it a compact and efficient foot print. 

As with other SKAKO Vibration equipment, the design is sophisticated and robust and is low maintenance with few wear components.
