Technical Sales Engineer UK & Ireland
in vibratory equipment for industrial applications in the recycling industry

SKAKO VIBRATION A/S is one of the world’s leading suppliers of vibratory conveyor systems with over 60 years of know-how.

In order to support and implement the company’s strategy of working particularly intensively on selected markets, we are looking for a new employee with sales & industry experience to join our small team in the UK. Based in Tadcaster, Skako Vibration Ltd is a subsiduary of Skako Vibration A/S

As part of Skako UK you will also work with experienced colleagues from Denmark, France, Spain ,Germany & Poland. Involving close cooperation with the internal and external sales organization you will be responsible for processing enquiries and offering solutions using SKAKO components in the recycling and processing industry for the UK & Irish market.

Responsibilities/Skills/Attributes

• Technically competent & able to specify systems & solutions from the simple to complex.
• Self-Motivated individual.
• Consistent sales target achiever
• Management of sales territory with minimum supervisionv
• Managing & growing existing customers accounts
• Managing & developing new business opportunities across all industrial sectors with a strong emphasis on the recycling market

Extensive travel throughout the UK & Ireland will be required. Hybrid/work from home option avaialble. Some international travel for Sales Meetings & Exhibitions.

Your qualifications:

• Relevant Sales Experience
• Relevant engineering and commercial qualifications
• Experience with machinery and equipment from the recycling and/or mining industry / processing technology.
• Ability to be methoodical & organsied. Willing to learn new skills and be flexible.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
