In line with our long-standing environmental commitments, we have taken a significant step forward by equipping our Strasbourg headquarters with two photovoltaic power plants, commissioned in September 2023.
This project reflects a clear ambition: to generate cleaner energy locally while making the most of our existing infrastructure. Thanks to a large, optimally oriented roof surface, we installed two units with a capacity of 110 kWp each.
One installation operates under a full feed-in model, supplying all the electricity generated directly to the grid. The second follows a self-consumption model with surplus fed back into the grid. This balanced approach enables us both to contribute to the wider production of renewable energy and to reduce our own reliance on external electricity sources.
Beyond its environmental benefits, the project delivers value on multiple levels:
- Electricity production equivalent to the annual consumption of approximately 90 households,
- A measurable reduction in our carbon and energy footprint,
- Collaboration with a local renewable energy partner,
- A financially sound investment with long-term returns.
As a company dedicated to designing equipment that supports more efficient resource management, this initiative is a natural extension of our mission. It demonstrates our commitment to the energy transition and reinforces our role as an industrial player with a positive impact.
