New management structure in the SKAKO Group as of 1 January 2015

As planned at the appointment in 2013, Director Finn Buus Nielsen (65) will resign by the end of 2014 as Group Manager and CEO of SKAKO A/S (Holding).
 
Today at the Board Meeting, the Board of Directors has decided to appoint a new Holding Management with common reference to the Board of Directors consisting of Division Manager Søren Pedersen (51), SKAKO Concrete A/S; Division Manager Carl Christian Graversen (59), SKAKO Vibration A/S; and Finance Director (CFO) Henrik Blegvad Funk (50).
 
Henrik Blegvad Funk (MBA) comes from a position as Group CFO in ScanCom International A/S Vietnam and Denmark. In the past Henrik Blegvad Funk started as business controller in SAS.
 
”We believe that we can make the most of the common resources in the new structure with the operative main emphasis in the two divisions for concrete mixing plants and vibratory equipment, respectively. Unfortunately, we have also had to say goodbye to a number of employees in Denmark and abroad”, says Chairman of the Board of Directors Kaare Vagner.

The SKAKO Group has production facilities in Denmark and France and employs approx. 180 persons worldwide.
